Individual Therapy with Adults

I offer a friendly, empathic and confidential space to explore with you the difficulties and frustrations you are facing.

We will look at your life together from when you were a child to where you are now and work together to figure out why you feel emotionally unfulfilled and what you need to build resilience and feel good about yourself and your relationships.

Problems that people bring to therapy include anxiety, low mood or depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, bereavement, family issues, relationship issues, personal development issues or a desire for change.

Together we will explore your difficulties to help you understand what is happening for you emotionally and how you can look at your circumstances through a fresh lens and experiment with new ideas and solutions. I will be looking to work with you in a way that suits you and helps you to get the most from each session.

The length of the work will depend on your requirements and can range from just one or two sessions, a period of six sessions, or often longer.

Fee: £100 per 50 minute session
